I replaced the big door seals, all the window channel and the "belt strips". Those strips are a PITA to install.

Rolling the windows up OR down with new channel is actually possible by spraying some dry lube on the channel; other wise it acts like a pretty effective brake. I bought the window seals about a year ago and I'll need to dig a little to find the supplier, but the door seals are from RockAuto: Metro LM123VL AND LM123VR are the part numbers
It got up to 106.5 in the back by the barn today.
