Not a chance this weekend. Too many people on the road, too hot and too dry this year so we stayed home in case of fires. Fun, eh?

How about you?

I was going to mention that I just replaced the cab door gaskets and all the window seals. What a difference! The old stuff was crumbling and hard and there was no seal against anything, so this is quite an improvement. I also found a supplier of custom cut rubber floor mats, so now I don't have to look at all the oil stains on the carpet anymore. I looked all over creation for an original Mopar full front mat but they are now extinct. :-( Before I changed all the seals there was so much wind noise that driving was pretty exhausting. The old gaskets LOOKED fine, but they weren't.

Where did you get the seals from? Did you change the window sweeps as well?

I have fun Dodge floor mats. I find them from time to time in the junkyard. Here's one of the step mats with the same logo.

Yeah. Keep me in mind as well. I'd be happy with an original 1 piece jute-backed rubber example, myself.

I replaced the big door seals, all the window channel and the "belt strips". Those strips are a PITA to install. :( Rolling the windows up OR down with new channel is actually possible by spraying some dry lube on the channel; other wise it acts like a pretty effective brake. I bought the window seals about a year ago and I'll need to dig a little to find the supplier, but the door seals are from RockAuto: Metro LM123VL AND LM123VR are the part numbers

It got up to 106.5 in the back by the barn today.
