Well it appears from the photo's I've seen that any kind of battery Monitor or Amp usage were not an option for the Halls.

I'd like to add something but I'd not wanting to spend $300+ dollars for something that may or may not be better then a cheap Marine Battery level Gauge that looks at Volts. The amp meter is about $100 with shunt.

Mine and Matt's has a house battery meter next to the side entry door. There are two meters side by side, the other one is for the fresh water tank.

Looks like Sig Young's rig has a different style meter above the stove. I don't have a clear picture of it but you can see it here - http://www.hallgtc.com/hall_004g.htm?load_img=6

hmm interesting.. So maybe mine was removed, not a installed option, or I haven't found it yet.

I don't see it in this one which has the same cabinet setup as yours but I don't have many interior pictures of it.
