So I got rid of the 16.5 and was able to get a set of rock solid 16 inch rims and I ended up with 10 ply Cooper AT3 tires. I found a tire shop called Trend Setters In Portland, they do trucks and lifts and the guy was nice enough to help me with this unusual vehicle.
The front was able to fit LT225/75R16 and the rear is LT265/70R16 single wheel.
I definitely notice a huge improvement right away. Spent a little more , but don’t have to worry about conditions of roads, plus they look bad ass. Here are some photos from the shop.
