I’m having an issue with my fresh water and it’s leaving me scratching my head so I’m turning to you guys for some help…. Some back story, I went camping last winter and got into some pretty cold temperatures and my water lines froze. Not the first time this has happened but this time unlike any other time the lines never seemed to regain pressure. So I assumed I had messed up the impeller on the pump by freezing the water. So fast forward to today and I finally get around To changing out the water Pump and low and behold it still isn’t working. The new pump is definitely working the water pressurizes the line. If I remove one of the clamps and release some water it kicks right back on, but nothing at the faucets, sink, toilet, ANYWHERE. If I leave it for 10 minutes or so I’ll get a trickle at the sink for a little bit. So I’m definitely thinking I have a block somewhere… somewhere early on in the line too as it’s blocking it from going to any faucet. My next plan is to plug it into City water and turn it up high to see if I can’t use the more forceful water to push whatever is blocking it threw, unless you guys have another thought on what it might be. Love this forum, love seeing my silly newbie question still on here from when I bought this old beauty 5 years ago. I wouldn’t trade her for the world and I’m really hoping you guys can help me get it fixed. Chris |

Did you ever figure out your problem? I had a clog in a fuel line of an old car I'm working on and I used ribbed weedeater line as a snake to go through and clear the clog. Might work in the water supply lines. |
