what are the light style switches behind the seat and in the back of the coach for? |

If you're talking about house style light switches, I think mine only has one. Next to the stove is the switch for the electric water heater. All my other switches are rocker switches for lights. |

yes i have house style switch next to the display for battery life indicator and dc power plug ...i also have one behind the drivers seat on the side of kitchen cabinet...i also have some live wires coming out of that cabinet that were cut off from where i dunno...but power is going through them...maybe this was for the quikee step...( btw i have the motor for the quickee..looking for someone to rebuild it ) |

I don't remember a switch behind the driver seat. Is it 12v or 110v out of those wires? The switch for the step should be in the middle of the dash next to the radio (right above the engine cover). The motor for the step is supposedly a period Ford windshield wiper motor. I haven't looked around to confirm that. |

ill get u some pics ....its the same power that runs through the coach so its 30 amp /120... |

here are the pics for the switches one is the water heater i guess lik u said near the stove ...this other one is behind the drivers seat ..the indicater light goes on and everything but i havent found anything that it does

Interesting. Not sure what that switch would be for. Being 110v, there aren't many systems it could control. How many wires does it have? Could it be a 3-way switch to let them turn on the water heater without getting in the coach? Also, can you show a picture of the tank gauge panel above the stove? There are variations. Here are pictures of Matt's switches and panels, mine are the same. The level gauges are next to the entry door along with the generator hourmeter. Another one that seems to be the same layout as yours has the Hall GTC logo on the tank panel.

Since it has a pilot light, it must have something to do with the water heater, but why????? Maybe the original wiring failed? Can you poke around with a flashlight and follow the wires? |
