Hey Everyone,

I know there are just a few of us here, but want to thank everyone for the warm welcome, and all the feedback on my one of a kind, 1982 Hall look-a-like coach. My girlfriend, and I have started documenting our travels via a new facebook page. We just stayed on the road, and traveled about 2500 miles in a month, and documented some places we boondocked, and urban-camped.

While in Vegas we blew a hole in a header, so, looking for a new set of headers, if anyone can recommend what type, and where you got yours, it would be much appreciated.

Now, for the major problem....while running down the freeway from Vegas to LA last week, doing about 65mph, there came a loud crash under the hood. I pulled off the freeway immediately to find one of the fan blades had contacted the plastic fan shroud, destroying it, and sheering off the fan blade itself. I thought it was an isolated incident, and figured the blade must have had a crack in it, and metal fatigue probably caused it, but on trying to get home to Joshua Tree from LA a couple days ago, not going over 55mph, but after filling both fresh water tanks, and upon entering an on ramp to get on the highway, again, another thump, and after pulling over, discovering, yet again, another fan blade broken off.

So, my conclusion is I either have a water pump going out, or bad motor mount letting the engine move under load. I have no experience with this ever happening, so, if anyone has any ideas would be much appreciated. The first blade it come in slight contact with the radiator, and poked a pinhole in it, so, also have to get that fixed.

I really want to get back on the road before the new year, so, I have to get all repairs made, any feedback, or advice would be much appreciated.

Looking forward to hopefully all the Hall owners in SoCal getting together maybe this spring. I have a place in Joshua Tree with five acres that could accommodate probably 50 Halls.
