Eric needed to see the A/C belt routing and numbers so here are some pictures from my GTC.

Mine has Goodyear belt number 13AV1345.

Went to Napa Auto Parts today to try and get the belt. They didn't have a cross referance for it. I'm going to do some searching and see if I can find what the simular belt would be.

Try these numbers I found online:

Gates 9530
Dayco 17530
Goodyear 17531
Dynacraft 17531DYC

There were a bunch of old belts in the battery compartment of my GTC, I'll have to see if any of them were A/C belts.

Not yet I've been consumed with eletrical work in the dash. At times I felt like I'm rewiring the whole thing! :) After a frustrating weekend things look to be nearing an end in the dash and then Hopefully I can go back to AC and Batteries. Look for a new blog post in next day or two.

I saw your dash stuff. The only messy wiring I've seen in mine was under the dash and under the shower. And those two areas were messed with by previous owners. Everything else has been neat and tidy.

So while doing the Alt and PS belts I figured I'd put the AC one on.. The belt was way too short. So I think the Parts guy messed up in converting to their brand. Going to try again. on the plus side though my AC still has gas in the system so thats a good sign. I wonder if they thought the noise from the alt was the ac and cut the belt off.

Got another belt the other day and put it on and it works great. Nicks chart is dead on just make sure of a conversion to another brand yourself. My system looks to be working just needs a recharge as it wasn't very cold. Hopefully that's all it was.
