We have a topic in process about replacing / repairing our cabin sub-floor that is water damaged. While explore the probable source of the leak that caused the water damage, we discovered the source does not appear to be the windows as is commonly the problem. The windows all seem tightly sealed.
The other possibility was the awning and drip rail just under the awning. The front end of the awning is right above the the sub-floor portion that has the most damage. It also appeared, when inspecting the damaged floor, that water had been wicking / traveling from the front toward the back and to the entrance door. Although it is expected that water could also accumulate by the door when is is open, that is a easy fix.
So my son and a buddy removed the awning to take a good look...
