the wheels you listed have a 4.5 offset...is there any wiggle room for this on the fronts and or the rear?

Which wheels? The aluminum ones? Probably depends on the width of the wheels and if you're using singles in the rear.

yes the aluminum 16's u listed from summit ...i found some others but was unsure about the offset...and its concerning the 16-10's for the rear ..(single) and 16's in the front

The Eagle Alloys 16x10 has less offset than the stock steel single rear wheels. I don't know if you saw this page but there are some pictures of the wheels mounted on my GTC and you can see the difference, especially where you can see how much of the drum is visible.

I probably wouldn't go much less than the 4.5" back spacing on the rear. I haven't tried the front wheels as I don't have any other than the stock ones.
